Terms of engagement

By requesting a diary review, pack, or briefing from File Grovepath Company Limited you accept these terms. Work is described in a written estimate before we collect pages.

Scope

We prepare visual packs and briefings from appointment records you supply. We do not provide medical, employment, or tax advice. Charts are interpretations of the pages you share for the weeks agreed.

Intellectual property

You keep your diaries, menus, and guest cards. File Grovepath keeps the layout of our printed packs. You may photocopy the leave-behind for staff in the same room. You may not resell our drawings to another house.

Liability

We are not responsible for hiring decisions, price changes, or guest complaints that follow a briefing. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific offer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Vietnamese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
