Who this cycle is for
Owners and floor managers of hair, nail, spa, and facial rooms in Ho Chi Minh City who already keep an appointment book and want a picture of returning guests, not a new booking habit. Teams of four or more chairs benefit most because the briefing includes reception and therapists together.
What you receive
A printed pack with occupancy by weekday, a list of first-visit treatments that never booked a second slot, and a two-hour briefing. Charts use your menu names. We exclude medical records, payroll, and anything you mark as private guest notes.
What stays outside the cycle
We do not rewrite your price list, hire staff, or run recall calls. If a guest asked not to be contacted, that name stays off the return list.
How the four weeks run
Week one: we collect diaries and a current menu at your room or at Tan Binh. Weeks two and three: we mark occupancy and lapsed visits. Week four: a two-hour briefing after last appointment if you prefer a quiet staff room. You prepare by gathering twelve weeks of pages and a list of treatments withdrawn from the menu.
Price basis
From 8,400,000 VND for one room with up to six chairs. Extra rooms in the same house are quoted after we see the second diary. A deposit of 30% holds the briefing date.
