Refunds and changes of date

These rules apply to diary reviews, printed packs, guest-return briefings, treatment-mix studies, seasonal snapshots, and retention cycles commissioned from File Grovepath. They do not cover goods we do not sell.

Eligibility and timeframe

A full refund of fees paid is available if you cancel in writing more than five working days before a scheduled on-site visit and we have not yet photocopied your diary. Requests must arrive within thirty days of payment for unused work.

Partial refunds

If drawing has started but no briefing has occurred, we refund 50% of the balance after deducting the deposit. Printed packs already collected are not returned for cash.

Non-refundable items

The 30% deposit becomes non-refundable once we have collected pages or begun annotation. Courier fees inside Ho Chi Minh City already spent are not refunded.

Process and timing

Write to hello@file-grovepath.click with the estimate reference. Refunds go back by the same bank transfer or cash method used, within ten working days after we agree the amount.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows

You may reschedule once at no charge with three working days’ notice. A no-show at a briefing forfeits the deposit. If we cancel, you may choose a new date or a full refund of sums paid for that visit.

Work already started and materials

Photocopy paper and chart printing already used are deducted at cost from any partial refund. Original diaries remain yours; we do not withhold them pending payment disputes.
