File Grovepath Company Limited is the data controller for enquiry forms and for appointment pages you choose to share. What we collect

Name, email, optional preferred date, offer selected, and your message. When you commission work we may hold photocopies of diaries and menus for the duration of the cycle, then return or destroy them as agreed.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for twenty-four months. Photocopies of diaries are kept only until the briefing pack is delivered, unless you ask us to store a copy for a later seasonal snapshot, up to twelve months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing where the law allows. Write to hello@file-grovepath.click. You may also contact the competent Vietnamese authority for personal data protection.

International transfers

Our desk is in Ho Chi Minh City. If an email provider stores a message outside Vietnam, we rely on that provider’s safeguards. We do not sell guest lists.
