From the linen cupboard to a two-hour table

A briefing is the afternoon when charts leave our Nui Thanh desk and sit with the people who write the book. It is the natural next step after a diary review or the close of a retention cycle.

Before we arrive

You set aside a quiet table after last guest, or a mid-week late morning. Reception photocopies the current menu. We ask that one person who actually pencils cancellations stays for the full two hours.

On the table

Occupancy strips, a short list of first-visit treatments with no second booking, and blank recall cards. We talk through Tuesday lunch overlaps and scent notes therapists already know. Arguments in the staff room are useful; we do not rank anyone aloud.

What you keep

The printed pack and one leave-behind page sized for a linen cupboard or lamp table. Original diaries go home with you before we leave the building.
