Seasonal occupancy snapshots exist because February in a District 1 nail bar looks nothing like August. We overlay last year’s diary against this year’s booking list and mark the days when every chair was full before 10:00.
Owners often hire extra hands for the week before Tet, then sit with empty stations the week after. The snapshot does not tell you whom to hire. It shows which weekdays historically overflowed and which treatments were refused at the door.
Rainy season tells a different story: facial rooms hold, outdoor-adjacent massage rooms dip, and colour appointments shift later. We draw that as simple bars, labelled with the actual menu names you use.
