Retention notes that reception can actually keep
Many spa managers in Ho Chi Minh City already know who their regulars are. The gap is the written line after a first visit: preferred pressure, scent dislike, or a request to avoid a certain therapist. File Grovepath briefings spend as much time on that line as on occupancy charts.
We suggest a card format that fits a drawer at the front desk. Name, last treatment, next suggested week, and one personal note. Charts in the pack show how often those cards are empty after a promotional facial.
Teams sometimes worry that notes feel intrusive. We keep language practical: “prefers cooler room,” “needs extra time for colour rinse,” “books with Linh only.” Nothing medical, nothing that belongs in a health file.
The leave-behind from a guest return briefing is one page. If it cannot be photocopied in the back room, it will not survive the next staff change.
